Run 5k in 6 weeks- Week one, Day four

Hello everyone,
 
Over the next 6 weeks I am doing the run 5k in 6 week challenge. Each day I will post that days requirements and some fitness tips that I have.
 
Week one- day one-
 
Workout time: 40 minutes
 
Warm up-
Spend five minutes walking and stretching,
 
Workout-
run three minutes and walk two minutes, repeat this six times
 
Cool down-
spend another five minutes walking and stretching
 
 
Fitness tip of the day: Give yourself a reward for working out

Run 5k in 6 weeks- Week one, Day three

Hello everyone,

ITS A REST DAY TODAY

Here are my top tips for a rest day-

1. Don't worry about not eating healthy foods because you did earn them, you did.
2. If you find you don't eat as your not hungry, don't worry. Working out can often make you hungry
3. Try and get lots of sleep, you may not be as tired but that doesn't mean you don't need the sleep
4. Try and relax, trying to fit in working out is stressful
