Run 5k in 6 weeks- Week one, Day four

Hello everyone,
 
Over the next 6 weeks I am doing the run 5k in 6 week challenge. Each day I will post that days requirements and some fitness tips that I have.
 
Week one- day one-
 
Workout time: 40 minutes
 
Warm up-
Spend five minutes walking and stretching,
 
Workout-
run three minutes and walk two minutes, repeat this six times
 
Cool down-
spend another five minutes walking and stretching
 
 
Fitness tip of the day: Give yourself a reward for working out

Run 5k in 6 weeks- Week one, Day three

Hello everyone,

ITS A REST DAY TODAY

Here are my top tips for a rest day-

1. Don't worry about not eating healthy foods because you did earn them, you did.
2. If you find you don't eat as your not hungry, don't worry. Working out can often make you hungry
3. Try and get lots of sleep, you may not be as tired but that doesn't mean you don't need the sleep
4. Try and relax, trying to fit in working out is stressful

Run 5k in 6 Weeks- Week one, Day two

Hello everyone
 
Its time for day two
 
Week one, day one-
 
Workout time: 56 minutes

Warm up-
Spend five minutes walking and stretching
 
Workout-
Walk for thirty minutes and then 16 minutes of core work
 
Cool down-
five minutes of walking and stretching
 
16 minute core workout help-
 
You can either follow this or do your own 16 minute core workout.
 
x8- plank 20s and then 10s rest
x8- right side plank 20s and then 10s rest
x 8- left side plank 20s and then 10s rest
x 4- sit-ups for 40s and then 20s rest
 
fitness tip of the day- Get a good workout playlist to increase the enjoyment of your workout

run for one minute and then walk for one minute, repeat this 7 times
 
Cool down-
spend another five minutes walking and stretching
 
 
Fitness tip of the day: Find a workout buddy to help make working out more enjoyable.

1. What is your middle name?: My middle name is Lauren (that's why my blogs called Mialc, its my initials)
 
2. What is favourite subject at school?: Art
 
3. What is your favourite drink?: Either Fanta Orange or Grenadine and Sprite
 
4. What is your favourite song at the moment?: I don't really have a favourite song at the moment but im really into Ed Sheeran and Lucy Spraggan so really any of there songs.
 
5. What is your favourite food?: That is literally the hardest question ever, I love malteser's,  cadburys dairy milk chocolate and sweet potato fries.
 
6. What is the last thing you bought?: I went shopping last weekend, I think the last thing I bought there was an oversized cardigan from holisters and some holister spray
 
 
7. Favourite book of all time?: it changes so often but my favourite childhood book would have to be the faraway tree. The last book I read that I couldn't put down until I finished it was Saint Anything by Sarah Dessen
 
8. Favorite Color?: Mint green, light blue and grey
 
9. Do you have any pets?: yes I have a dog called Monty
 
10. Favorite Perfume?: Marc Jacobs daisy dream smells amazing
 
11. Favorite Holiday?: in England we would refer to a holiday as in a vacation but I think as this in an American tag it means seasonal holiday, so mine is definitely Christmas. I just love Christmas shopping and cuddling up in a big jumper and watching a film in front of the fire.
 
12. Are you married?: No way! I am only 14
 
13. Have you ever been out of the country, if so how many times?: I have been out the country loads, I cant even count how many maybe about 18 times.
 
14. Do you speak any other language?: Only English, but I have done three years of French and Spanish at school and im doing Spanish for my GCSE's
 
15. How many siblings do you have?: I have a younger sister who is 10 making me the eldest child.
 
18. When was the last time you cried?: yesterday, I watched a really sad film and it made me cry
 
19. Favourite Blog?: I wouldn't just be able to say one I love so many
 
20. Favorite Movie?: another really hard question my favourite film of all times are parent trap and we bought a zoo but currently my favourite is Love Rosie.
 
21. Favorite TV shows?: im about to start series 3 of gossip and girl (im a bit addicted) and I have watched all five series of pretty little liars which I also love but my absolute favourite would have to be friends (I have all ten series on dvd)
 
22. PC or Mac?: im on a pc right now but I much prefer my mac
 
23. What phone do you have?: an iPhone 6
 
24. How tall are you?: im not that sure but im over 1m60cm
 
25. Can you cook?: nope not at all, if I ever have to make dinner I normally end up nearly burning the kitchen down

Welcome to my second blog

 
Hello everyone,
 
If you follow my main blog you will know me as Mialc, on there I mostly do blogposts on things that I have done and a lot of photography however I have started to want to make more laid back blog posts which is why I created this blog post.
 
This blog will have many beauty reviews, tags and just random chitchat blog posts on compared to my other blog.
 
Here's a little bit about me-
 
 My name is Mia and I'm a fourteen year old from just south of London. I am very interested in fashion design and spend a lot of my time designing dresses in the many sketch books I have scattered around my room. I absolutely love the beach and dream of living by the sea when I'm older. I also have a dog (he also loves the sea) who is a cross between a cocker spaniel and a poodle (a cockapoo) I am currently in year 10 and have just started my GCSE's.
