Run 5k in 6 Weeks- Week one, Day two

Hello everyone
 
Its time for day two
 
Week one, day one-
 
Workout time: 56 minutes

Warm up-
Spend five minutes walking and stretching
 
Workout-
Walk for thirty minutes and then 16 minutes of core work
 
Cool down-
five minutes of walking and stretching
 
16 minute core workout help-
 
You can either follow this or do your own 16 minute core workout.
 
x8- plank 20s and then 10s rest
x8- right side plank 20s and then 10s rest
x 8- left side plank 20s and then 10s rest
x 4- sit-ups for 40s and then 20s rest
 
fitness tip of the day- Get a good workout playlist to increase the enjoyment of your workout
